About Matt Rambo
Matt Rambo has made a name for himself as one of the most dynamic and successful players in professional lacrosse. A standout at the University of Maryland, Rambo reached the NCAA Final Four in each of his four years, advancing to the championship game in his final three seasons. His collegiate success laid the foundation for an impressive professional career.
In 2018, Rambo joined the Whipsnakes Lacrosse Club as part of the inaugural season of the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL), founded by Paul Rabil. He quickly emerged as a star, being selected as a captain for the league's first All-Star game in 2019. That same year, Rambo led the PLL in points and assists during the regular season, showcasing his offensive prowess and playmaking ability.
He has been a top goal scorer in the league for four years in a row. His leadership and skill have been instrumental in driving the Whipsnakes to back-to-back PLL championships, solidifying his status as one of the top players in the sport.
